Stamporaa.com offers made-to-order, personalized products such as mugs, keychains, bottles, frames, stationery, and more. All personalization is based strictly on the information submitted by the customer.
We are not liable for spelling errors, image quality, or design issues provided by the user.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation.

  • We use trusted, quality shipping partners across India.

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

  • Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 working days, depending on location.

4. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

As our products are customized and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is processed.

However, we will replace products if:

  • They arrive damaged, defective, or with incorrect personalization caused by us.

  • The return request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery, along with an unboxing video and clear photos.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or incorrect input by the customer.

  • Minor variations in color, size, or texture due to screen or print differences.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices on Stamporaa.com are in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

  • Payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.

  • We do not store your payment information.
